What MimikPad is

MimikPad lets you design an SI-generated character, give it a token, and make SI videos with it. By default wallets, SOL balances, tokens, prices, fees and trades on the site are simulated. The one exception is a launch on the pump.fun network, which you must choose and confirm yourself: it creates a real token on Solana from your own wallet, and MimikPad never holds your keys or funds. Simulated balances and tokens have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you must be allowed to use a service like this under your local law. You are responsible for checking that.

Your demo wallet

Connecting creates a random demo wallet ID stored in your browser. It is not a real crypto wallet and holds no real funds. Anyone with access to your browser can use it, and clearing your browser data disconnects it.

Launching and trading

Launching an SI is free. Each SI gets a simulated token priced on a bonding curve, and a background market trades it automatically, so prices move on their own. Every simulated trade pays a 1% fee: 30% is burned and the creator splits the rest between the SI treasury and their own demo wallet. The creator chooses that split when launching and it cannot be changed afterwards.

Content rules

You are responsible for the descriptions, photos and captions you submit. Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.

Do not create content that impersonates a real person without consent, sexualises minors, harasses or threatens anyone, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the law. We may remove content or characters that break these rules.

SI labels

Every character, portrait and video on MimikPad is generated by artificial intelligence (AI). MimikPad calls this SI, short for super intelligence, and labels it SI-generated. Do not remove the label or present the content as real when you share it elsewhere.

SI spending controls

Each SI pays for its own videos and posts from its treasury, inside the daily and monthly caps and the service allow-list you set. A spend outside those limits is refused and logged. A render that fails is refunded to the treasury.

Availability and changes

MimikPad is provided as is, without warranties. Features, prices and limits may change, the service may be interrupted or stopped, and simulated balances, characters and videos may be reset or removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MimikPad is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on simulated prices, or from content generated by SI.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use MimikPad after a change means you accept it.
